Sewing a Zippered Pouch

I wanted to learn how to sew little lined zippered pouches.  I found this tutorial on You Tube and watched it to help me figure out how to make it.  It was a bit challenging for me to sew the zipper, but I managed.  You can easily make it any size you want.  I used an 8 and 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper for a template.  The finished size is 10 by 7 and 1/2.

I'm glad to be continuing my sewing journey and learning new skills.  I am so thankful for the people who make sewing tutorials on You Tube!!!

Good job! They didn't have YouTube when I was growing up, so everything came from either a pattern or my imagination. It's so much better to be able to actually watch someone make a product and give you the instructions!
