Thank You House Card


I designed this card for a Realtor.  By changing the sentiment it would be a great card to say "Congrats" for someone who has just purchased a home.

The house is from the Handy Man Cricut Lite cartridge - cut at 3.5 inches.  I added a little mirrored gem using my Irock to accent the doorknob. 

The grass is from a Martha Stewart punch.

"Thank You" is from Stampin' Up's Short and Sweet set.

The sign was cut and written on by hand - and was actually my hubby's idea.  As cute as it is, I'm not the one that thought of it :)  

I finished up with some stitching using a marker.  

I really love this cartridge, and I want to start using it more often.  There are a ton of tools on it that are well suited to masculine cards.

    Fab card Amber,,,,funny i just sent 8 similar cards to my aunt in florida who is also a realtor. I had fun making them and she's having fun giving them. TFS!

    REALLY CUTE, Amber! Love the colors and now wish I had that cart!

    Great touch with the door knob! I want that cartridge soooooooo bad!! It is the top cartridge on my wish list!

    Amber, what a cutie!!! Your hubby gave you a great idea; I wish my hubby would take more of an interest in my crafting to offer an suggestion or two sometime! LOL! At least he really enjoys all my projects! (I can tell because he boasts about them...LOL!)

    Amber... really like this!! I think I have said this before... but it's the little things... the doorknob embellie and the SOLD sign... of course!! :-) Like your choice in colors!!
